Job purpose
Responsibility for Planning & Managing After Sales warranty process & internal billing process.
Ensure coordination with Service Engineer to execute the warranty complaints. Collect the completed warranty Service report.
Ensure reduction of warranty cost through analysis & continues engagement with technical team.
Make orders for warranty complaints, take approval from approving authority as per approval matrix & execute orders.
Prepare monthly report for Warranty consumption & spares consumption against truck.
Ensure warranty consumption should not exceed warranty revenue.
Duties and responsibilities
· Maintain active warranty population of trucks.
· Examine warranty terms and create warranty & free of cost spares orders in SAP.
· Coordinate with technical team to understand complaint and requirement of parts.
· Coordinate with Sales, Rental & Logistic department to ensure parts delivery as per Customer commitment.
· Follow up with Service engineer and service dispatcher to resolve complaints.
· Maintain records of complaints & completed warranty service reports.
· Ensure engineer done the part fitment of dispatched parts and mentioned in service report.
· Raising IBL (internal billing) based on services provided as per Service Report.
· Prepare warranty consumption report against truck.
· Reduce warranty cost through analysis of warranty data.
· Ensure tracking & return of warranty failed parts.
